The repair station maintenance process is easy!

1) Order maintenance for your phone by selecting the right maintenance procedure from the drop-down menu.

2) You will receive delivery instructions to your phone by email from our service department.

3) Send the phone via Matkahuolto or Posti according to the instructions. Shipping costs are included in the price!

4) Our service will send a notification after receiving your phone and after the service is completed. Maintenance time is usually 1-2 days.

5) We will send your serviced phone back to you.

How do I send for service?

Sending is easy and free!

1) After payment, you will receive a pre-paid address card in your email

2) Write the address card activation code on the package or print the address card on top of the package

3) Take the package to the nearest Matkahuolto office

4) The phone arrives to us in 1-3 days and the service time is approx. 1-5 business days, depending on the traffic

5) We will send your serviced phone back with a service report.

Important information

  • Back up your phone before sending. The phone may need to be wiped, depending on the service.

  • Include the security code with the phone or remove the security code from the phone. This is because, for example, the operation of the speaker can be tested after the replacement.

  • If your phone opens through the screen and the screen is broken, a new screen must be installed in the phone at the same time. We will inform you of the price.

Service guarantee

You can rest assured, because the service has a 12-month warranty. Battery replacements have a 6-month warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects of spare parts and defects related to maintenance. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or, for example, if the phone is dropped and the screen breaks.
