If you are not sure about the fault, you can send your phone to us for service and calmly wait for the diagnosis. Once the fault has been located and confirmed, we will contact you regarding the maintenance estimate. Once the diagnosis has been established and maintenance is agreed for the phone, the price of the fault diagnosis fee will be deducted from the price of the maintenance.
If it is not possible to repair the phone, the phone will be returned to the sender. In this case, the price of the fault diagnosis fee will not be refunded.
Fault diagnosis applies only to Oukitel, Ulefone, Blackview and Doogee brand phones.

After payment, you will receive more detailed instructions for sending to service.
Sending is easy and free!
1) Pack the phone carefully
2) Fill out the maintenance form and include it in the package
3) Write the return code you received after payment on the package.
4) Take the package to the nearest Matkahuolto. Remember to take the receipt with you.
5) Our service will send a notification after receiving your phone and after the service is completed. Maintenance time is usually 1-2
day.
6) We will send your serviced phone back to you.

You can rest assured, because the service has a 12-month warranty. Battery replacements have a 6-month warranty.
Does the manufacturer's warranty remain after the service?
Under our warranty, Oukitel, Ulefone, Blackview and Doogee phones imported through e-ville.com Distribution Oy. For these phones, the manufacturer's warranty continues as normal. For other phones, the manufacturer's warranty usually expires with service.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects of spare parts and defects related to maintenance. The warranty does not cover, for example, if the phone falls after the screen is replaced and the screen breaks or normal wear and tear.
