Can I bring it on site for maintenance?

Our service only works by mail.

How long does the service take?

Depending on the service queue, mail service usually takes 1-3 days.

If there are no spare parts available for the phone, the service may take longer.

Can I order parts from you and fix it myself?

Unfortunately, we do not sell parts for the time being.

What kind of warranty does the service have?

The service has a 12-month warranty. The warranty applies to maintenance and the serviced part. The warranty therefore does not cover other parts of the phone, for example if the phone's screen has been replaced and the phone's charging port breaks after a few months, it is not covered by the service warranty. Battery replacement has a 6-month warranty.

How long does it take for service to be delivered?

Delivery for maintenance by post usually takes 1-2 business days.

What brands do you service?

We service Oukitel, Ulefone, Unihertz and Doogee manufacturers' phones.

Does the manufacturer's warranty continue after the service?

The service does not extend the manufacturer's warranty.

Does the manufacturer's warranty expire after the service?

If it is an Oukitel, Ulefone, Unihertz or Doogee phone imported by our partner, the manufacturer's warranty does not expire.

If it is a different phone or manufacturer, the phone's warranty usually expires when the service is performed. However, our service has a one-year warranty.

I don't know what's wrong with my phone, can you help?

You can buy a fault diagnosis fee and we will find out what is wrong with the phone. The price of the fault diagnosis fee is €39.
