The repair station maintenance process is easy!

1) Order maintenance for your phone by selecting the right maintenance procedure from the drop-down menu.

2) You will receive delivery instructions to your phone by email from our service department.

3) Send the phone via Matkahuolto or Posti according to the instructions. Shipping costs are included in the price!

4) Our service will send a notification after receiving your phone and after the service is completed. Maintenance time is usually 1-2 days.

5) We will send your serviced phone back to you.

How do I send for service?

After payment, you will receive more detailed instructions for sending to service.

Sending is easy and free!

1) Pack the phone carefully

2) Fill out the maintenance form you received and include it in the package

3) Take the package to the nearest Post Office. The return code you received on the package.

4) The phone arrives to us in approx. 2-3 days and the service time is approx. 1-5 business days, depending on the traffic.

5) We will send your serviced phone back with a service report.

Important information

Service guarantee

You can rest assured, because the service has a 12-month warranty. Battery replacements have a 6-month warranty.

Does the manufacturer's warranty remain after the service?

We guarantee Oukitel, Ulefone, Blackview and Doogee phones imported through our partners. For these phones, the manufacturer's warranty continues as normal. For other phones, the manufacturer's warranty usually expires with service.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects of spare parts and defects related to maintenance. The warranty does not cover, for example, if the phone falls after the screen is replaced and the screen breaks or normal wear and tear.
