Order and delivery terms
These terms of use apply to the management of the business relationship between the Korjausasema.fi online store (Later the Store) and the customer. We reserve the right to change the terms of use without notice. The contract conditions and the law prevailing at the time of the order apply to the order.
Terms of service

- If the phone is sent without the necessary information, the service time can be extended considerably.
- If you bought fault diagnosis, the fault diagnosis fee will be refunded from the price of the final service. If it is not possible to service the phone, the price of the fault diagnosis fee will not be refunded. This is due to the postage costs incurred and the working time spent.
Personal data and correctness of data
The customer is responsible for the correctness of the information they provide when ordering. When ordering, the customer must state at least first name, last name, street address, post office and email address. If the customer is under 18 years old, he must ask his guardian's consent for the service or product. Customer information received in connection with the transaction is strictly confidential. Ordering and payment
The customer can order products from the online store. Shop prices include value added tax (24%) and shipping, unless otherwise stated. The store's payment transactions are processed by a third party, and payment information is not stored in the online store's database.
We reserve the right to cancel the order if the price at the time of ordering was incorrect. We reserve the right to change product prices without notice.
Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the account statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

Delivery
The delivery time is indicated separately at the time of ordering. If the delivery is delayed beyond what was announced at the time of ordering, the customer has the right to demand cancellation of the transaction.
The delivery time has been prepared based on the information valid at each moment, and the Store is not responsible for the effect of exceptional situations outside its sphere of influence on the delivery of products.
Canceling the order / returning the product / canceling the transaction
It is possible to cancel the order and cancel the transaction before delivery by sending a message to the customer service at info@korjausasema.com
The right of return does not apply to the maintenance services we offer, the performance of which has started or which have already been completed.
A product that has already been delivered can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The product to be returned must be in the original packaging together with all the supplies to be delivered and the product must be in salable condition.
If the return is missing parts, the product is not in a salable condition or the return is not made in the original packaging, we reserve the right to charge compensation for the incomplete return.
Returns must always be agreed with customer service, not picking up or sending a return without a separate agreement with our customer service does not count as a return.
Warranty and error liability

We offer a 12-month quality guarantee for all maintenance procedures and spare parts. If the fault recurs during the warranty period due to our repair, we will repair the phone again free of charge. If the fault cannot be repaired, we will refund the original service price.
The device warranty is determined in accordance with the product warranty specified by the manufacturer. In the case of factory serviced devices, the warranty is always stated in the product description.
The product should always be used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and instructions. If the damage or breakage of the product is caused by an accident, improper use of the product or other actions of the customer or his relatives, the warranty expires
Indirect damages, such as damages caused by programs, viruses or power cuts, lightning damage, physical injuries, installation errors or physical product breakages are not compensable damages under the warranty.
We cannot provide a warranty for a phone that has suffered water damage. Even a small amount of moisture can cause corrosion in timekeeping, which gradually breaks the phone.
The store is not responsible for the loss or corruption of device data. Copying data is always the customer's responsibility. The store is also not responsible for possible losses caused by the conduct of business in matters related to maintenance.
If the phone's fault is caused by something other than ordered service, our service staff will contact the customer before performing the procedure. If the fault cannot be repaired, the amount will be returned excluding the €39 fault investigation fee.

Disputes and mediation
If the disagreement regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the magistrates' consumer advisory service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
