What is the warranty of the Repair Station?

When you bring your phone in for service, you can have no worries, because at Korjausasema we grant a one-year warranty for repairs. Battery replacements have a 6-month warranty. Our maintenance warranty covers manufacturing defects of parts and problems related to maintenance.

The service guarantee therefore does not cover it if another part of the phone breaks down or the replaced part breaks as a result of an external impact. For example, if after replacing the screen the phone falls and the screen breaks, it is not covered by the service warranty.

Devices affected by water damage cannot be guaranteed, as water destroys the phone's components over time.

Is Korjausasema an official warranty service?

Ulefone and Oukitel phones purchased from official dealers under our warranty. We also cover Blackview, Doogee, Ulefone and Oukitel phones imported through e-ville.

Does the manufacturer's warranty continue after the service?

If Oukitel or Ulefone was purchased from an official dealer or you have a Blackview, Doogee, Oukitel or Ulefone that was imported through e-ville, the manufacturer's warranty continues normally after service.

For phones purchased through other brands or other importers, the manufacturer's warranty expires upon service.

However, if the phone has a broken screen, the manufacturer's warranty has expired in any case.
