How do I send the phone for service?

Telephone maintenance has been made easy at the repair station.

After payment, you will receive shipping instructions in your email.

1. Pack the phone well
2. Write the customer return code you received on top of the package
3. Take the package to the nearest Matkahuolto. Take the receipt with you as it has a tracking number
4. The package reaches us within 1-2 business days
5. We will service your phone as soon as possible and send it back to the nearest Matkahuolto.
