Walley Invoice and Installment
30 days interest-free payment period with the invoice.
Installment payment up to 36 months.
Free payment time with an invoice - safe and easy transaction
With an invoice, you always get 30 days of interest-free payment time for your online shopping. The long payment period enables you to check your purchase and, if necessary, return it before the invoice is due.
To take advantage of the payment period, you need a positive credit decision, which is easy to apply for when making a purchase. You can apply for it if you are at least 18 years old and have a Finnish social security number and a permanent, official home address in Finland. Your credit information is also checked from Bisnode Finland Oy's register.
The payment method can be used for purchases of up to €5,000. When you have received a positive credit decision and confirmed the purchase transaction, you will receive an invoice for your purchase in your email. If you want to pay the bill in smaller parts and with a payment period that suits you better (1-36 months), after receiving the first bill, you should enter into a credit agreement for continuous credit with Norion Bank by logging in to My Pages at my.walley.fi. Upon signing the credit agreement, you will be granted a credit limit that can be used for subsequent purchases in accordance with the credit terms.
When you have a valid credit agreement, you should only pay the minimum amount stated on the invoice you received by the due date, but you can also pay a larger amount if you wish. After that, you will be sent a monthly invoice by e-mail until the credit is fully paid. If you wish, you can always reduce your credit in installments larger than the minimum amount stated on the invoice.
Credit costs and credit example
In the online store campaign conditions apply, according to which the interest on the account credit is 19.2% expressed as a nominal annual interest rate and the monthly payment is €3.80 per month. If the granted credit limit is €1,000 and it has been used in its entirety for purchases made in the online store and the credit is repaid within 36 months, with the applicable campaign terms, the effective annual interest rate is 30.7%, the total amount of credit costs is €433, the total amount to be paid is €1,433 and the number of installments is 36. Legal reminder fees and collection costs, as well as interest for the delayed period, will be charged for late payments.
Processing returns and cancellations
When you return or cancel your purchase within the return or cancellation times in accordance with the instructions given by the merchant, the information about your return is automatically transmitted to Norion Bank. If you are approved to return part of the products you bought, you can deduct the euro amount of the return from the total amount of the invoice you have already received. In the case of paying in installments, the amount equal to your refund will be automatically deducted from the total amount of the credit, which will appear on the next bill you receive .
If it is a refund of an already paid performance, you should inform Walley of your account number for repayment. The easiest way to enter your account number is to log into the Walley application or the my.walley.fi website. You can download the Walley app from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store for free. In the application, you can also move the due date of your invoice yourself, stop invoicing for the time of refund and pay an open invoice.
Credit decision
Using the payment method requires a credit decision, and for this you will be asked for your personal information. Data is transmitted via a secure SLL/TLS protected connection. Credit provider Norion Bank verifies the correctness of your personal and address information from the population information system and checks your credit information from Bisnode Finland Oy's credit information register. The credit decision you receive is influenced, among other things, by your possible history as a customer of Norion Bank. If you receive a negative credit decision, you can ask the reason for it from Walley's customer service. Please note that a voluntary credit ban or encrypted address information can lead to a negative credit decision. The personal identification number or credit decision information you provide are not stored in the merchant's customer data register.
